Customized Bookkeeping Solutions for Real Estate Investors

Impeccable Books Are the Key to a Profitable Real Estate Investment Business

Good Bookkeeping

If you don’t know your numbers, you don’t know your business. When you invest in good bookkeeping, you’ll realize the following key benefits:

  • Take advantage of every legally allowable deduction available to you. Every expense you don’t account for is money you are letting fall out of your pocket.
  • Eliminate the anxiety of refinancing. Your numbers will be in good order for your lender to look at, saving you both time and energy.
  • Determine whether a real estate venture is making or costing you money.
  • Get the full picture of what you are paying for in goods and services so you can decide if you got your money’s worth and if you should continue to work with a broker, an attorney, or other professionals in the future.
  • Identify any tax liabilities in advance so that you aren’t surprised with a big bill at filing time.
  • Make selling your commercial business easier because buyers can confidently look back at your financial records. It also means you won’t get lowballed because you know exactly what your business is worth!

We Create Order From Chaos

Greg Schuricht, REI Bookkeeper’s owner, has a passion for bookkeeping and for real estate investment. Greg offers something most bookkeeping firms don’t. He is a CPA. Greg loves reconciling bank statements, accounting, and all of the other tasks most investors dread. His interest in real estate investment makes REI Bookkeeping all the more enjoyable.

As a real estate investor himself, he understands the process and the language of the industry. He enjoys working with other investors and passing on his wealth of bookkeeping knowledge.

Prior to acquiring REI Bookkeeping, Greg worked with founders Dave and Laurie for about 18 months to create a seamless transition for their clients. Best of all, Greg is very responsive.
